What Should I Do If My Product Arrives Damaged or Moldy

We take product quality seriously — and your box should arrive looking and tasting great. If you’ve received a product that appears damaged or moldy , or otherwise nott up to standard, here’s what to do:

Step 1: Take Photos
Please take clear photos of:
  1. the product 
  2. the packaging (if any tears or damage)
  3. any visible mold, leakage or damage
Step 2: Contact Us
Send us an email at support@carnivoreclub.co with the following:
  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description
  3. Your photos
