I Received the Wrong Items or Missing an Item.

We pack every box with care — but if something’s missing or completely inaccurate, we’ll fix it.

If you’ve received your Carnivore Club box and it’s missing a product listed on your order confirmation, here’s what to do:

Step 1: Double Check The Box
Before reaching out, please:
  1. open and unpack the entire box
  2. check inside any wraps, sleeves or bundled packaging
  3. some smaller items like meat sticks may be tucked between larger ones or packaging
Step 2: Snap a Quick Photo
Take a photo of:
  1. the contents of your box
  2. the packing slip, if one is included
Step 3: Contact Us
Send us a quick message at support@carnivoreclub.co with:
  1. your order number
  2. a short note about the missing item
  3. your photo
