We pack every box with care — but if something’s missing or completely inaccurate, we’ll fix it.
If you’ve received your Carnivore Club box and it’s missing a product listed on your order confirmation, here’s what to do:
Step 1: Double Check The Box
Before reaching out, please:
- open and unpack the entire box
- check inside any wraps, sleeves or bundled packaging
- some smaller items like meat sticks may be tucked between larger ones or packaging
Step 2: Snap a Quick Photo
Take a photo of:
- the contents of your box
- the packing slip, if one is included
Step 3: Contact Us
- your order number
- a short note about the missing item
- your photo
