My Order Has Not Arrived. Where is it?

We know how exciting it is to get your Carnivore Club box — and we’re here to help if something seems delayed.

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, here’s what to check:

Step 1: Check Your Tracking Code

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. Didn’t see it? Try checking your spam, promotions, or junk folder just in case.

If you still can't find it, email us at support@carnivoreclub.co and we'll re-send it.

Step 2: Give It A Little Time

We ship all subscription boxes during the first week of each month.
Transit times vary depending on your location and carrier volume, but most deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.

Marketplace orders (non-subscription) usually ship out within 1–2 business days of your order date.

Step 3: Still No Delivery?
If it's been more than:
  1. 7 business days after your tracking shows "shipped", or
  2. you suspect your package may be lost, delayed, or misdelivered

  1. your order number
  2. any tracking info you have
We'll investigate right away and make sure you are taken care of.
