My Box Was Returned To Sender! Now What?

If your Carnivore Club order was marked as “Returned to Sender”, don’t worry — we’ll help you figure out what happened and get your order sorted out.

Why Did This Happen?
Orders can be returned to sender for a few common reasons:
  1. the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete
  2. the carrier couldn't deliver after multiple attemps
  3. the package was refused or unclaimed
  4. the order sat too long at a pickup location and was automatically returned

What Happens Next?
As soon as we receive your returned package, we'll

  2. confirm your delivery address
  3. reship your order
